When you contact us, book a class, request a private event or create a member profile, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, booking preferences, session details, or information you choose to put into a profile, message or workshop registration. Parents and guardians should manage bookings and communications for children.

We use booking details to arrange classes, confirm attendance, respond to requests and maintain studio records. Online checkout is processed through our payment service provider, Wix Payments. We retain order identifiers, totals, status and related booking references so payments can be matched to studio services. We do not ask visitors to enter payment card numbers into our member profile.

Payments made in person or through services such as Zelle may be recorded separately with receipt references for studio bookkeeping. A payment record does not automatically establish attendance.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand site activity. Marketing features may include Meta Pixel. Our website offers choices for optional analytics and advertising storage. Your preference can be changed at any time.

We use service providers to host the app, process payments, send service emails, and provide analytics or advertising measurement when permitted. Relevant services include Base44, Wix Payments and Google; Meta measurement may be used when marketing consent is enabled. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Information is retained as needed to provide studio services, maintain transaction and attendance records, respond to support requests, and meet applicable accounting or legal requirements. You can request access, corrections or deletion of your account-related personal data. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account closure.

If you are signed in, open Member Portal, select My Profile, and choose Request Account Deletion. You can also use the public account deletion request page. We will review and confirm account removal; a submitted request is not the same as completed deletion.
