Request account deletion
You can ask Animal House Pottery to close your member account and remove personal information associated with the account. You can submit your request without signing in by emailing the studio.
Submit a request
Email from the address linked to your account when possible. Include “Delete my Animal House Pottery account” in your message. Do not send credit card numbers or passwords.

What happens next
The studio reviews the request, confirms account ownership, and processes deletion of the login and eligible personal information. Certain order, payment or attendance records may be retained if required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. The studio will confirm when processing is complete.
If you are already signed in, go to Member Portaland use Request Account Deletion under My Profile to submit the request from your authenticated account.
