Join us every Monday evening for an exciting introduction to throwing on the potter's wheel! Whether you’re new to pottery or looking to refine your technique, this 4-week course will guide you step by step as you create beautiful, functional pottery from the ground up.
What You’ll Learn:
Week 1: Pottery Wheel Basics – Get hands-on with the wheel and learn to center and shape your first pots.
Week 2: Pottery Wheel Practice – Build on your skills and create more intricate forms.
Week 3: Trimming – Learn the art of refining your pieces and adding final touches.
Week 4: Glazing – Add color and finish to your creations with glazing techniques.
What’s Included in Each Class:
2 x 1.5 lb balls of clay
Demonstrations for wedging, throwing, hand position, and techniques
Personalized tips and hands-on guidance from Andreya
A supportive and friendly environment to learn and create pottery!
Class Info & Booking
This 4-week course runs on a rolling schedule, starting fresh every month. Don’t worry if you miss a class—there will be a chance to catch up the following month! However, spaces are limited, so we highly recommend booking your sessions in advance to secure your spot.
